About the Craft and Artisan : Hemant Kumawat, Miniature Painting Artist based out of Jaipur in Rajasthan is the third generation practicing the skill. Made on handmade paper using squirrel hair paint brushes prepared by the artist himself, the paintings are brought to life by rotring pen and naturally obtained colours and inks. Nature – animals and plants are the inspiration behind the artworks.
