About the Craft and Artist :: Sushil Soni learnt how to paint from his father at the age of 10. He continued his art education in college and graduated in drawing and painting from Nathdwara college. He has also learnt the art of miniature painting from Ghanshyamji Nimbark and introduced the intricacies of miniature art into folk Pichwai paintings. He experiments with various mediums and techniques and has won many state level competitions. He was honoured by Govt.of Rajasthan in 2000.
