SHIPPING POLICY

At Hands-on Dastkar, we aim to deliver your handcrafted products to you with care and efficiency. All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with a tracking link to follow its journey.

We ship across India using trusted delivery partners. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control such as courier issues or weather conditions.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Hands-on Dastkar, we take great care in ensuring that every handcrafted item reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll process your refund and it will reflect within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Please note:

We don’t accept returns for size, color variation, or slight irregularities — these are part of the handmade charm.
Custom or sale items are not returnable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
