Yes! Every product on Hands-on Dastkar is handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans using traditional techniques. Minor variations in color, size, or finish are natural and part of the charm of handmade work.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect, and we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for more details.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Yes, we offer customization for bulk orders, depending on the quantity and availability. Please note, we do not provide customization for single pieces. Feel free to reach out to us (hod@dastkar.org) with your requirements

Shipping charges for domestic orders vary based on your delivery pincode and the delivery partner you choose. You will be able to view the applicable shipping charges at the time of placing your order.
