• A product and craft list will be shared to aid in purchase decisions.

• Color variations may occur due to screen resolution differences; while we strive for accuracy, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

Extra Charges & Responsibilities:

• For product categories requiring special handling and packaging, such as pottery and glassware, additional packaging fees will apply. These charges are distinct from shipping costs and will be reflected on the final invoice.

• While we provide all the assistance with details how to arrange pickup, shipping charges will be borne by you.

• If a patron has someone available to pick up their package, they may opt for self-pickup instead.

• Data Collection: Dastkar collects only necessary personal information such as name, contact details, PAN Card, Other govt. authorized ID and purchase preferences for the purpose of providing its WhatsApp shopping services and for KYC.

• Use of Data: This data will be used solely for improving customer experience, processing orders, and providing relevant updates.

• Confidentiality: All collected information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.

• Security Measures: Reasonable security measures will be taken to protect customer data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

• Customer Rights: Customers can request access to, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting Dastkar.

• Marketing Communication: By joining the WhatsApp shopping program, members agree to receive updates and promotional messages from Dastkar. Members may opt out at any time by notifying the administrators.
