b>About the Craft and Artisan :: Vankar Poonam Arjan is a master craftsman from Varnora, Bhuj, Kutch. The art of weaving has been practiced in his family for generations with his father and grandfather had taught him everything. He himself has been weaving for 20 years and employs six craftspeople in addition to his family members who also work with him. In 2013 he was awarded the National Merit Certificate.
