About the Craft: For over 75 years, weaving dhurries has been a part of this family�s heritage. Now in its third generation, the craft continues with dedication and pride. Today, more than 120 skilled weavers work together to create these timeless pieces, each one handmade, each one holding stories of tradition, patience and hard work. The legacy is currently carried forward by Jayrupa Raam and his son Vagaram Prajapati, who work alongside their community of artisans to ensure that this art form continues to thrive.
